National Association of REALTORS
The National Association of REALTORS needed to consolidate the look and feel of their online media kit. With multiple online, print and special events publications available for media placement, creating a consistent and sophisticated user experience was critical to establishing a creative platform on which to expand for future development.

Substance designed an online media kit that provided a framework for NAR products that branded each category by color. This, coupled with a more compelling interface design makes the site more usable and consistent with the NAR brand.

Midwest Mezzanine Site and Brand Repositioning
Substance was recently hired to launch a comprehensive brand strategy and campaign for Midwest Mezzanine Funds. Focusing on a national audience, the strategy will capitalize on Midwest Mezzanine's brand equity but move them beyond the industry perception of them as strictly a regional player.

“Midwest's strongest asset also happened to be their greatest challenge,” says Matthew Brett, President of Substance. “They have extraordinary name recognition and brand equity. However, their name also implies that they conduct business solely in the mid-western United States. In reality, they play to an international audience. The new brand and support messaging needed to address this misperception head on."
