CDH launches secure Client Portal

Corbett, Duncan & Hubly is pleased to announce that as part of our commitment to providing Five-Star service to our clients, we have launched our secure Client Portal.

The Client Portal is a secure area linked to our web site where we can upload and share files with our clients. The Portal is linked to our internal electronic document management system, and allows us to quickly and securely provide access to your tax returns, financial statements and other information by publishing those items directly to the Portal.

Here are some other benefits to using the Portal:

Increased communications by sharing documents

• Clients can download and retrieve published documents at any time without having to ask them to be resent via email if a document is lost.

• Clients can upload documents greater than 10 MB in size which avoids some size limitations on emailed attachments.

• Documents uploaded to the Client Portal by the client are instantly available to anyone at CDH without the need for us to distribute them internally to the entire client service team.

• Clients can access published documents from any computer that has Internet access using a web browser.

• Clients can make changes or comments to published documents that have read / write permissions.

• Clients are notified of when documents have been reviewed and approved into CDH's system–providing them with up to date information on the document status.

Security Enhancements

• In the past, our clients have asked for more security on their documents during transmission. All data transmitted via the Client Portal is encrypted using a 3rd part SSL certificate.

• Sensitive documents can be password protected for multiple client representatives with different access levels.

• Each Client Portal user will enter into the terms and conditions to access the portal to ensure passwords to sensitive materials are not shared.

• There are no setup fees or monthly fees incurred by the client.

• Increased workflow efficiencies allow us to complete work and deliver it to you in a more timely fashion.
